Refund Policy

VarneloStyle Refund & Returns Policy (USA)

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for USA orders.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached where applicable.
• Non-returnable: Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked as clearance may not be eligible for return.
• Process: Email support@varnelostyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.
• Exchanges: Subject to availability; contact support to arrange.
• Shipping costs: Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
