This policy applies to purchases from VarneloStyle (varnelostyle.com), operated by DIGITALGENIUS LLC, 247 S 16th St, Philadelphia, PA 19102, USA.

30-day returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. There are no "final sale" exclusions on clothing or shoes.

How to return an item

Email hello@varnelostyle.com first to start a return, with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions, and match your parcel to your order. The return address isn't published, so please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Pack the item securely, include a note with your order number, and send it with a tracked service. Please keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, see below.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund the item at no cost to you, including shipping.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return and email you to confirm. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
