Shipping Policy

VarneloStyle is operated by DIGITALGENIUS LLC. You can contact us at hello@varnelostyle.com. We deliver to addresses in the United States only. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 6–14 business days, tracked. That is 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order (handling), plus 5–11 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Where orders ship from

Our products are made by our manufacturing partners. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China and delivered to you by tracked courier.

Delivery cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders, so there's no delivery charge at checkout.

Customs and duties

No import duties to pay on delivery. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Orders with several items

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@varnelostyle.com. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please email hello@varnelostyle.com with your order number and we will look into it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
